COVID-19 Policies

At Metro Media Summer Camp, we put the health and safety of our campers first, and as such, we take COVID-19 precautions very seriously.

We are continually monitoring the best practices to stop the spread of COVID-19 and will update our policies accordingly.

All members of our staff are vaccinated, and we are requesting that all campers who are eligible also be vaccinated.

Masks and Social Distancing

All staff members will wear masks throughout the entire day, and we urge campers to do the same whenever possible (exceptions include when eating, filming, etc.).

Cleaning and Hygiene

Hand sanitizer, tissues, and wipes will be available in all areas and workstations to allow for frequent use.

Hand-washing will occur between activities or when a camper leaves their workstation.

All surfaces will be sanitized frequently throughout the day, and a deeper cleaning will take place at the end of each day.

Computers, keyboards, mice, monitors, and chairs will be wiped down between uses and before and after any food is consumed.

Dismissal from Activity:

If any staff member or camper experiences sickness or feels ill, we urge them to stay home and/or will dismiss them for the day.

If a camper tests positive for COVID-19, then they are required to stay home for the duration of their illness, and parents/guardians are required to inform Metro Media Summer Camp immediately.
